These services which help the FM company team to build the client’s FM management files which includes policies and procedures for buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and equipment. These include:

    • Operations and maintenance costs associated with each asset 

    • Utility costs associated with each asset 

    • Relative condition and time remaining until decommissioning
