Course Overview
This course will explain the duties and responsibilities of facility manager and how to develop and manage the strategic facility plan. You will learn about the life-cycle analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and other tools needed to manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of buildings, systems, and equipment. The course will also explain the key aspects of a successful occupant services plan with helpful guidelines and tools. Moreover, the course will describe how to use the workflow process, specific performance measurements and key performance indicators to characterize performance using a balanced scorecard.
