Qualiserv has won a tender with Mouvement Social NGO where we will be developing a new safety and security plan for 13 MS community centers geographically covering almost the nine governorates of Lebanon located in Halba, Tripoli, Sin El Fil, Bourj Hamoud, Ghobeiry, Jnah, Saida, Nabatieh, Zahle, and Jdeidet Fekha; taking into account creating SOPs that include instructions and procedures for what needs to be done as safety precautions to prevent accidents.
240 staff members and the beneficiaries of the implemented programs will benefit from this plan which will reduce the possibility of assault, loss of personal property, and provides the organization with a more direct way to deal with the various types of violations that may occur such as workplace violence, conflict resolution, crowd control, labor relations, crisis management and first aid.
