We began this year by visiting the branches of the Order of Engineers and Architects in Saida and Nabatieh.
We inspected and monitored “The Integrated Facility Management Contract” between the order of engineer and the service provider.
Our 3 main observations were about:
The building condition assessment.
Effectiveness of facility management services.
Occupant satisfaction.
